Roles and Responsibilities :
- Assist in the various recruitment processes by developing job descriptions/specifications, posing the jobs, and sourcing prospective candidates.
- Contact Universities career centers to inform them of different job opportunities.
- Support with initial CV screening and calling candidates.
- Maintain a proper database of prospective candidates and keep good contact to maintain the candidates pipeline.
- Assisting recruitment Team in carrying out daily activities.
Educational Qualification :
- Bachelors Degree in HRM, Student of last semester, or freshers can apply.
Skill Set :
- Solid knowledge of the Recruitment process
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Comfortable on the phone
- Efficient on the computer
- Extremely organized & attention to detail
- Good in maintaining strict confidentiality
